2015 water aerobicsDiane Laws is back and ready to start hosting our popular water fitness classes. Our program is an effective water-based total body exercise program that reduces skeletal stress and enhances cardiovascular fitness. These complimentary classes are available for members 18 and older. No guests are allowed. 

June 7 is the last day of Diane's early season 4PM class.   Morning classes will start on Monday, June 11, at 9:15 AM. Classes will be held Mondays through Fridays through mid-August.

Evening class will once again be held on Mondays and Wednesdays only at 6:00 PM. These classes will start on June 11.

 Diane would like to ask everyone to bring a noodle (they’re readily available at the $1 Store) and also a bottle of water. As with all exercise programs, it is extremely important to keep hydrated. Participants with medical problems should consult their physician before beginning any exercise program. All participants must complete the Water Fitness Registration form prior to participating in the class. Copies will be available at class and are also available HERE.
