Are you looking for a fun yet effective way to work out with your friends and neighbors?  Why not try water aerobics at Lochmere!

The water fitness program at Lochmere is an effective water- based total body exercise program that reduces skeletal stress and enhances cardiovascular fitness. 

Diane Laws is the water aerobics instructor. Diane is a long-time instructor and takes pleasure in working one-on-one with many of the participants in her classes.
