On Wednesday, June 24, Governor Roy Cooper issued Executive Order 147 which extended Phase 2 orders until 5:00 PM on July 17, 2020. The original Executive Order 141 remains in effect as amended by Executive Order 147 issued on June 24.
On July 16, Governor Cooper issued Executive Order 151 which extends both of these Orders until 5:00 PM on August 7, 2020.
On August 7, 2020, Governor Cooper issued Executive Order 155 which extends all of the COVID Orders until 5:00 PM on September 11, 2020.
On September 4, 2020, Governor Cooper issued Executive Order 163 which moves North Carolina to Phase 2.5 until 5:00 PM on October 2.

Pool Capacity & Hours:
- The maximum number of users allowed in the pool area remains the same so that we comply with current County, State, or Federal COVID-19 guidelines.
- Hours of operation remain the same. We will continue to use Sign-Up Genius for reserving slots. We have found that this has been allowing our residents to get maximum benefit from the pool. In case you have lost the link, it is in Quick Links on the home page of lochmere.org.
- Usage of the facilities remains limited to those who reside in your home permanently. Any family or friends who live outside of Lochmere will not be allowed at the facilities at this time.
- In accordance with Executive Order 147, effective at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 26, face covering use is now required for ages 11+ when individuals are within 6 feet of others. Face coverings should not be worn while swimming.
