volunteers needed

Five Lochmere residents have stepped forward as potential candidates to fill two (2) upcoming Board vacancies to serve a 3-year term.  Five of them have submitted their bios; you can read the currently submitted bios by clicking on their individual names. As soon as any other bios are received, they will be posted below.

Nominations are accepted and taken up through the annual meeting.  This year's meeting will be held in person on Thursday, October 27; but in order to provide advance information to neighborhood voters and to have your name included on the official mailed meeting notice, the deadline for expressing your interest is September 15. All bios will be posted online, however, regardless of when received.

Each fall, Lochmere homeowners vote for candidates who wish to serve the community on the HOA Board of Directors.  If you love Lochmere and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, now is the time for you to think about volunteering your time and effort to this important and rewarding work.

Board meetings are held monthly to establish neighborhood policies that enhance the value, beauty and friendliness of Lochmere.  As the governing body of the Association, all Board members are asked to utilize their skills in collaboration, planning, dispute resolution, policy-making and financial oversight. The Board is assisted greatly by Andy Siouville and our management company, HRW. Additional information can be found HERE, along with other pieces of pertinent governance information located under the "Governance" tab.

If you wish to become a candidate this fall, NOW is the time to act. Please contact Lochmere's Community Manager, Andy Siouville, and express your willingness to serve. You will be asked to provide a brief summary of your qualifications and an explanation of your desire to serve.   This information will be posted online for our homeowners to get to know you.

Prospective candidates are free to contact any board member or Andy Siouville (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for additional information.
