Lochmere's Annual HOA meeting was held on October 23, 2025. 

The meeting was attended by 80 Lochmere lot owners and many spouses. 

The following is the result of the voting:

• Congratulations to BJ Meier and Eric Northeim who both were elected to 3-year terms. 
• The proposed 2026 Annual Assessment of $836 per lot was approved by 75% of those casting votes.

 Board Treasurer, Joe Jones, presented a detailed Financial Report and the 2026 Operating Budget and answered questions from residents regarding finances and the budget.

The Committee Chairpersons presented their reports which included their accomplishments in 2025 and their goals for 2026 as well as discussing various comments provided by residents on the 2025 survey.

At the conclusion of the Committee reports, the Board and committee representatives answered general questions from the membership.
