The purpose of the Lochmere HOA Board is to maintain, protect and enhance the value of the Lochmere community. Board members work hard to place communty interest above personal interests, operate as a team rather than as individuals, and to be proactive in everything that they do.
Board members are unpaid volunteers. Each member is elected by the community at large to a term of 3 years, with elections held every year at the annual meeting in October. Current Board members are:

THE NEXT LOCHMERE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, October 15, 2024, AT 6:30 PM. This will be held in person at the Lochmere Highlands Clubhouse located at 200 Loch Highlands Drive. The ONLY part of the meeting homeowners may attend is THE HOMEOWNER OPEN FORUM. This will be available for those residents wishing to address the Board. Residents have 2 minutes to address the Board. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) one week prior to the meeting so they can have time to review. Please let the Community Manager know if you wish to attend.
