Water fitness is back for 2025!!! 

Classes start on Tuesday, May 27, and will follow this schedule:

  • From May 27 to June 13 classes will be offered from 4:30-5:30 PM Monday through Friday at the Lochwood Lap Pool.  
  • Morning classes start on June 16 and end on August 15.   They will be held Monday through Friday at 9:15-10:15 AM At the Lochwood Lap Pool.
  • Evening classes will also start on June 16 and end on August 13 and are offered Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 - 6:30 PM at the Lochwood Lap Pool.
  • From August 18 to August 29, classes will be held in the Lochwood Main Pool at 4:30. - 5:30 PM.

Classes are complimentary to Lochmere members only ages 18 and older.  No guests are allowed.  All classes are taught at the Lochwood facility (500 Lochmere Drive).  

Class size is limited to 23 participants per class.  You can sign up 3 days in advance.  You must register for each individual class HERE.

To give everyone a chance, if classes fill up quickly, please take turns and don't come every day.  Drop-ins will not be allowed unless the maximum has not been met. 

Classes will be taught in 3 lanes of the lap pool.  The 4th lane is reserved strictly for lap swimmers only.

There is a minimum of 4 members required at each class. All classes are 1 hour long.   No swimming experience necessary.
