The meeting was called to order by Reynold Nippe, Board President. Andy Siouville, Community Manager, asserted that a quorum had been met by those in attendance and submitted proxies.

The minutes of the 2018 Annual Meeting were reviewed and approved by the membership.

The membership voted to not require a written ballot due to the fact that two current Board members, Reynold Nippe and Sharon Lee, were the only two standing for the open positions. Both were elected to the Board for a 3-year term expiring 2022.
