Summer is finally here and that means that our Water Fitness Class schedule is changing to both morning and evening classes.

Morning classes start on June 13. They will be held Monday through Friday at 9:15-10:15 AM.  Evening classes will also start on June 13 and are offered Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

Classes are complimentary to Lochmere members only ages 18 and older.  No guests are allowed.  All classes are taught at the Lochwood facility (500 Lochmere Drive). 

Class size is limited to 23 participants per class.  You can sign up 3 days in advance.  You must register for each individual class HERE. 

To give everyone a chance, if classes fill up quickly, please take turns and don't come every day.  Drop-ins will not be allowed unless the maximum has not been met.

Classes will be taught in 3 lanes of the lap pool.  The 4th lane is reserved strictly for lap swimmers only.

There is a minimum of 4 members required at each class. All classes are 1 hour long.   No swimming experience necessary.
