2015 water aerobics

 

Water fitness is back for 2023!!!

Classes start on Monday, May 22 and will follow this schedule:

  • From May 22 to June 9, classes will be offered from 4:30-5:30 PM Monday through Friday at the Lochwood Lap Pool.  There will be no class on Memorial Day.
  • Morning classes start on June 12. They will be held Monday through Friday at 9:15-10:15 AM. 
  • Evening classes will also start on June 12 and are offered Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 - 7:00 PM.

Classes are complimentary to Lochmere members only ages 18 and older.  No guests are allowed.  All classes are taught at the Lochwood facility (500 Lochmere Drive). 

Class size is limited to 23 participants per class.  You can sign up 3 days in advance.  You must register for each individual class HERE.

To give everyone a chance, if classes fill up quickly, please take turns and don't come every day.  Drop-ins will not be allowed unless the maximum has not been met.

Classes will be taught in 3 lanes of the lap pool.  The 4th lane is reserved strictly for lap swimmers only.

There is a minimum of 4 members required at each class. All classes are 1 hour long.   No swimming experience necessary.
