2026 Lochmere Association Annual Meeting

Lochmere's Annual HOA meeting was held on October 29, 2026. 

The meeting was attended by 55 Lochmere lot owners and many spouses. 221 proxies were recorded.

The following is the result of the voting:

  • Congratulations to Amanda Malach and Evan Howell who both were elected to 3-year terms.      

The  2027 Annual Assessment will be  $865 per lot . 

Board Treasurer, Joe Jones, presented a detailed Financial Report and the 2026 and 2027 Operating Budgets and answered questions from residents regarding finances and the budget.

The Committee Chairpersons presented their reports which included their accomplishments in 2026 and their goals for 2027 as well as discussing various comments provided by residents on the 2026 survey.

At the conclusion of each Committee report, the Board and committee representatives answered general questions from the membership.
