Residents are reminded that vehicles parked at either recreation club facility may only remain for up to 7 days within any 30‑day period. If a vehicle needs to stay longer, a parking pass is required.

Parking passes can be obtained at the 502 Lochmere Drive office for $25 per month. We appreciate all residents who continue to follow this common‑area guideline.

Please be aware that vehicles left without a valid pass are subject to towing, and all towing expenses are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Towing is always a last resort, so if you believe your vehicle has been parked for an extended period, please contact us. Notices are placed on vehicles that appear to be outside the parking guidelines.
