Dear Residents,

This holiday season, we, the Board of Directors, want to take a moment to extend our warmest wishes to every member of our community.

This time of year offers a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the past year, celebrate our shared achievements, and look forward to the promise of the new year ahead.

We want to thank all our residents for everything you do to maintain the high quality of life we all enjoy. Lochmere is an outstanding neighborhood due to your efforts and cooperation.

We would like to give thanks and praise to all of you who help volunteering your service throughout the year!  We are deeply grateful for your continued engagement and spirit of community.

Looking forward to 2026 may we suggest a New Years Resolution to volunteer? Our committees welcome helping hands.
