Nominations are accepted and taken up through the annual meeting. This year's meeting will be held in person on Thursday, October 23. All bios will be posted online, regardless of when received.
Each fall, Lochmere homeowners vote for candidates who wish to serve the community on the HOA Board of Directors. If you love Lochmere and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, now is the time for you to think about volunteering your time and effort to this important and rewarding work.
Board meetings are held monthly to establish neighborhood policies that enhance the value, beauty and friendliness of Lochmere. As the governing body of the Association, all Board members are asked to utilize their skills in collaboration, planning, dispute resolution, policy-making and financial oversight.
