The Lochmere HOA is pleased to announce another feature available for all residents. Many Lochmere residents work from home. You may require a quiet location to meet a business associate or to conduct a meeting. You may just want a quiet place to operate for an hour or two. The Main Office at 502 Lochmere Drive has a Conference Room that is now available for your use within the guidelines below.
To reserve the room, please call the Main Office at 919-233-7640. You can reserve up to 30 days in advance.
Three Lochmere residents are running for two open Board positions in the upcoming elections. Each candidate has graciously recorded a video to introduce themselves and answer some questions that were sent in from residents.

This is a reminder from the Lochmere Board of Directors that Lochmere covenants do not allow the regular parking of vehicles in the street.
Article 3. Section 7: states, “No automobiles, trucks, tractors, boats, campers, or trailers shall be regularly parked within the right-of-way of any street in or adjacent to Lochmere”
Please park in your garage or driveway.
There are many reasons why parking in the street is not desirable.
The Board can call those who do not adhere to the covenant to a Hearing and impose fines.
