The Lakes Committee is having the Loch Lomond outlet below the dam cleaned up of overgrown shrubs and trees. This is to make the area more accessible and open for inspections.

This work will likely take place the week of September 15, weather permitting.

They will also clean up recently deposited debris from rainstorm events that have washed into the lake especially at the south end.

Please be careful when walking around the trail as they will have an excavator and dump truck to remove material.
