The Annual Lochmere HOA Meeting will be held in person on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of Resurrection Lutheran Church (100 W. Lochmere Drive). Early sign-in is at 6:30PM, with light snacks and refreshments provided.

below. Remember that if you are not able to attend the meeting, you should return your proxy to the Main Office no later than October 21, 2024. Remember that when you are returning your proxy:
- When completing the proxy, you will be indicating your vote for one (1) Board of Director candidates. Currently, incumbent Joe Jones is the only candidate.
- Please note that nominations are accepted from the floor.
- You can appoint someone who will be attending the meeting to cast a vote. When you assign a proxy, you are appointing a resident who will be physically present at the meeting to cast the vote on your behalf.
- If you do not appoint someone, the Proxy will go to the “seated Board members”.
- Proxies must be signed, must include your address and must be dated.
